All of the GCFP forms listed on this page will download in a new window using Acrobat Reader. Please, let me know immediately if a link doesn't work, or if there is overlapping print.

Instructions:

• Each form has areas for you to type in your information, and then print the form. If you need a record of the form--you must print yourself an extra copy. You cannot save a computer file of the form you have filled out using Acrobat Reader. You can save the information you typed in as a Text File (.txt) by clicking on "Save as Text" in the File drop-down menu. It may come in handy later, since you can use it to "Copy & Paste" if you need to.
• Acrobat Reader 9 has a button that will allow you to "Highlight Fields", this will show you the areas of the form where you may type in information. The text fields will be highlighted in light blue.
• Filling in the forms using Acrobat is up to you. You may simply print the form, and then fill it out using a typewriter or hand printing.

All of the CAR & NGC Forms are links to the CAR & NGC websites. You will then be using their website, not the GCFP website.

CAR Awards Application must be copied from their page, then pasted onto a Word document, then saved.

• You highlight the print you want to copy
• click on Copy
• open Word
• move your curser to the first point on the blank document
• click on Paste
• Then you can fill it in and save it, or print it.
